Mrs. Lida PATTON, 85, native of Montgomery County died at 12:30 a.m. Friday in the Bowles Convalescent Home after an extended illness. Mrs. Patton was born April 21, 1877 in Montgomery County daughter of RH and Rebecca Murray Gott. She married Hugh D. Patton. Mrs. Patton was affiliated with the Christian Church at Mellott. Survivors are the daughter, Mrs. Herbert C. Morrison, a son Merle Patton both of Crawfordsville, a sister Mrs. Lon Conley, Kokomo, 4 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Services will be held 3 p.m. Saturday at Hunt & Son Funeral Home, Rev. John DeKruyten officiating. Burial in Masonic Cemetery. - kbz
